Gather and document business objectives, specs, and requirements for projects of different sizes. ? Identify business problems by analyzing client and stakeholder needs. ? Design and document business flows and processes for small and medium projects. ? Investigate operational issues to find opportunities for improvement. ? Gather BRD documents for enhancements. ? Attend JAD sessions to gather quality requirements. ? Use Agile/SCRUM to plan, manage, and deliver solutions as a team member. Requirements: Associate's degree in Comp Sci, Comp Applications, Science, IT, Business Admin or related with at least 48 months of experience. Salary ranges between $112258.00 to $114000.00/year.
